Construction of a new 45-house development for Angus Council, working for main contractor Bancon Construction Ltd.
The scope of our works comprised a new infrastructure for the scheme along with a full plotworks package, including heavily reinforced raft foundations and individual storm water attenuation to all houses.
Together with Stewart Milne Construction, constructing infrastructure and plotworks for 67 houses over three phases as part of the on-going regeneration of the area by Caledonia Housing Association.
The scope of our works comprised a new infrastructure for the scheme along with a full plotworks package, including heavily reinforced raft foundations and individual storm water attenuation to all houses.
