Tavernspite garden Centre is now open Monday - Saturday 10 -4 with the restrictions below. Tavernspite Garden Centre is spread over a two acre site and has become one of the leading garden centres in West Wales.
Our garden centre is well worth a visit if you ever come to the county of Pembrokeshire. Established in 1969, Barry & Ivy Webb began Tavernspite Garden Centre in Pembrokeshire with two wooden greenhouses (30ft x 10 & 50ft x 10ft) and a small shop situated to the side of their bungalow. The garden centre is now run by their son and daughter-in-law Paul & Janice Webb.
Each year the garden centre has grown to keep pace with the ever increasing number of customers and today, we have a 48ft x 50ft shop and a 72ft x 50ft greenhouse with three plastic tunnels. Thirty five years ago a tea room was begun, serving just tea and scones, in a small 12ft x 8ft summerhouse - today we have a much larger tea room measuring 48ft x 30ft and capable of seating 44 people!
