Bayleaf Gardening was established in Salcombe, Devon in 2003 and provides all year round garden maintenance and design for local gardens and holiday homes. Toby Yeoman( tree surgeon) won Learner of the Year 16 - 24 year olds and was Runner up in the Inspirational 16-24 year old Jack Tanner Awards, and Bayleaf was Runner up Employer of the Year at the Youth and Business Achievement Awards 2017 in Kingsbridge.
Toby is now pursuing his tree surgery full time but we are bringing him in when we need his services.

Bayleaf was the innovation of Judith Newman who discovered there was a gap in the market for professional gardeners in the Salcombe area.
18 years on and Bayleaf has grown through recommendation and reputation into a well respected local company.
We celebrated our 10th anniversary in 2014.
Bayleaf now cares for most of the large gardens locally - both holiday and permanent resident alike.
We run 4 teams of gardeners, each with a fully equipped van capable of tackling most gardening situations and a full-time van dedicated to the maintenance of lawns.

Bayleaf specializes in long term maintenance of holiday homes and second homes as well as caring for gardens lived in all year round.
A watchful eye is kept not only on your garden but we report back on broken windows, dripping overflow pipes, flooding taps and other information that helps protect your property.
We are happy to hold keys (securely of course) so that if a problem does occur we can access or allow access for other tradespeople to solve the problem.

She will then produce a detailed quote for you.
