Having lived most of her working life in Nether Alderley, Cheshire, working from her garden studio, Heather now lives and works in The Peak District, which is within easy reach of the North West, Midlands and the South. Heather's style is traditional, but, with a twist for today. She favours natural materials but understands that there is a valid place for their modern counterparts.

Her special interest lies with herbaceous planting and she continues to explore new ways of using this extensive group of plants, whilst enjoying the clean balanced lines of contemporary gardens. Her commitment to garden design means that her gardens become part of a fourth dimension, that of time, ensuring sustainable seasonal interest together with a garden concept, for the client, which will evolve and mature and be as vital in future years as it is today.
