Services
The Fairweather's team is a friendly group with a shared vision of delivering a great service to our customers.
Fairweather's Garden Centre was established in 1961 by the late Christopher Fairweather and his wife Aline.
Patrick Fairweather, the eldest son, caught the horticultural bug from his parents and naturally took over running Fairweather's, where eventually his wife Steff came on-board to manage the cafe, Steff's Kitchen.
It's come a long way since selling plants in baked bean tins in the 60's and the Fairweather family strives to keep it more than just a garden centre, it's a unique place to visit in a historical part of the New Forest.
Using passion and expertise we have created a unique Plant and Garden Centre in the heart of Beaulieu, a peaceful, picturesque village in the New Forest National Park, Hampshire.
Our historic buildings offer a fascinating and relaxed atmosphere for garden shopping whilst our well informed and considerate team provide both inspiration and advice.
We pride ourselves on the wide range of plants we provide, backed up by expert advice and a five year guarantee on all hardy plants sold.
We have particular expertise in Lavender, Heuchera and Agapanthus which along with many of our plants have been grown here in Beaulieu.
At Fairweather's we pride ourselves on supporting local businesses, charities and schools in our community.
We work with Beaulieu School in helping to educate their primary school children on growing fresh fruit and vegetables, on looking after our wildlife and to be sustainable.
The feedback from the children is wonderful.
Donations and vouchers are provided to help local charities and schools with their fundraising efforts.
We have collections for Honeypot, local children's charity and proceeds of our Tea with Santa event goes to helping them each year.
We want to supply the freshest produce in our cafe, that's why most of our vegetables come from Patrick's Patch, our productive garden that is located opposite our Garden Centre.
Why not take a look around and see what is growing?
We try and source as locally as possible, our coffee comes from Coffee Mongers in Lymington.
Our bread comes from BakeHouse24 in Ringwood and our meat from The Farmers Butcher in Bramshaw.
Local suppliers have made more of an appearance in our Garden Centre and we are pleased to be supporting up-and-coming businesses.
We are a friendly bunch at Fairweather's and are all passionate about providing good service to our customers.
