Kirktown Garden Centre & Restaurant
Please keep your dog on a lead at all times. No entry into the restaurant or shop food area, although there is an outdoor seating area. Coming North: We are the first turning off after the railway bridge and are clearly signposted. Follow the road round and we are on the corner where the vets are also situated. Turn right and you will find plenty of space to park.

Coming South: We are the second Stonehaven exit that is clearly signposted for the Garden Centre. Follow the road, Kirkton Road, and take the third exit on the right, Broomhill Road. Continue along this road and over the bridge and we are the first left. From "Stonehaven Town Square": Head up Evan street and follow it to the right onto Arduthie Road.

Go underneath the rail bridge at the traffic lights and after the petrol station turn left onto Broomhill Road. Follow this across the bridge and take the first left.

At Kirktown Garden Centre, we love our plants which is why we try very hard to source the right plants for the North East of Scotland and provide value for money.
We have plants suitable for all levels of gardener and we advocate grow your own fruit and vegetables.
The plants available vary with the season so please ask for advice to get the best selection for you.
If you're new to gardening, don't hesitate to ask one of our friendly staff as sometimes it's tricky knowing where to start.
In addition to our Food Hall we also stock a large amount of kitchenware.
In the Shop also have a large range of candles, clothes, jewellery, scarves, hats, socks, home decor, houseplants, books and much more!
There are candles, picture frames, throws, vases, artificial flowers, houseplants and so much more to see.

Our quality built ranges of furniture supplied by Bell & Stocchero are not only a beautiful addition to any home but they are built to last.
Unfortunately our online shop is not currently online due to staffing shortages and how busy it has been for us in the shop.
We hope to bring it up and online again at some point, but sadly cannot give any date for when that will be happening.
Any questions for the shop feel free to give us a call on 01569 766887 or email us on kirktowngardencentre@gmail.com.
The Gammie's moved to the "Howe o the Mearns" in the 1920's, recognising the great qualities of the red clay soil and falling for the charm of the rolling hills.
Working closely with the land and community this farming family gained a great insight into the local area, local produce and local way of life.
80 years later, under the management of brothers Jim, George & David, Kirktown Garden Centre was bought with the aim to diversify.
While always putting gardening first we aimed to offer more, with the dream of one day offering our local produce straight to local people.
Kirktown Garden Centre is a busy independent Garden Centre and we will update you as soon as we are looking to hire a team member to join us.
Just to keep you in the know, when we look for our next team member, the successful candidate must have the talent to provide our customers with an exceptional customer service experience.
You will need to be a committed and enthusiastic individual who is smart and articulate for this customer facing role, a quick thinker with the ability to work to short timescales in a fast paced and demanding environment with fluctuating service levels, able to demonstrate the ability to deal with customers in a polite and professional manner, striving to deliver the highest levels of customer service experience at all times, and you recognise the importance of always achieving high standards of personal appearance, performance and professionalism whilst on duty.
