We have socially distanced tills, (2 new tills added on this week!), tape on the floor to mark 2 metres, a one way system round the garden centre and many automatic hand sanitisers. We are restricting numbers by limiting the car parking spaces.
If it gets busy you may be asked to queue in your car (nice and warm with the radio on!), but once you've parked there is no further queuing. We have a dedicated team in the furniture department who would be happy to build your furniture for you either here in store or at your home when we deliver it.

For gravel and compost we have developed a simple way to purchase your items without having to carry heavy bags all the way to the tills.
2. Go to the entrance gate and find the card that matches your chosen bags.
From heavy pots and large trees to bulky fence panels and furniture - our staff will be more than happy to assist you to the till and carry your items to your car for you.

We understand that you may not want to carry your compost or gravel all the way around the shop with you to the tills; some of it is very heavy!
That's why we offer the compost/gravel carry service.
We've even developed an easy way of remembering which compost you want for when you get to the till.
When you get back out to the car park you will find a friendly member of staff who will take the bags to your car for you.
