Milieu Landscape Design is an award winning Chartered Landscape Architecture practice based in the Ribble Valley, Lancashire, with projects across the UK. Established in 2009 following the transfer of the landscape team from Bureau Veritas, in 2019 we celebrated our 10th anniversary, but the company's origins date back to 1983 when Ian Clare opened the first office in Liverpool.
Also in 2019, Chris Forshaw CMLI succeeded Ian as Company Director. Our small dedicated team continues to provide a wide range of landscape services in many sectors, always with an eye on sustainability, ecology and biodiversity. Over a number of years we have assisted clients in delivering award winning developments in retirement and education.
With experience across a broad range of landscape topics, and particular skills in sports developments, social housing, historic landscapes and landscape planning, as well as additional skills in SUDS, 3D visualisation and more recently BIM.Our commitment to a personal, imaginative, practical and cost-effective service remains solid as ever, as does our belief in a sustainable future based on good design and strong partnerships.
